Refund & reversal policy

How refunds, reversals and disputed payments are handled.

If a contribution was made in error or a payment was taken without a completed contribution, contact support with your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed through Paystack to the original payment method.

Reversals and chargebacks are recorded and reconciled, and are reflected in our public totals only after verification.

To request a refund or report a payment issue, contact our payment support team with your payment reference.
